Hadley Huberman is a Strategy Director at Attuned Education Partners. Previously, Hadley worked in several roles at KIPP SoCal Schools in Los Angeles for nearly ten years. Most recently, she served as School Leader in Residence at KIPP SoCal, where she supported school improvement by working with principals on year-long strategic planning and execution, creation and codification of systems and structures, and professional and leadership development.
Prior to her role as School Leader in Residence, she was the principal at KIPP Comienza Community Prep in Huntington Park, California. During her tenure at KIPP Comienza, the school became a National Blue Ribbon School, a California Distinguished School, and one of the top three elementary schools serving Latino students in Los Angeles. Before she became principal, Hadley was an assistant principal and a teacher at KIPP Comienza, and was a 2010 Teach for America Corps member in Los Angeles.
Hadley holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Washington and a M.A. in Urban Education, Educational Policy & Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
