Neo is a Strategy Manager at Attuned Education Partners. Prior to joining Attuned, Neo was a Manager of Strategic Initiatives at NEO Philanthropy, a democracy & governance collaborative funder, where he led the organization through their inaugural strategic planning efforts and newly created racial equity strategy.
Before NEO Philanthropy, NEO worked at The Bridgespan Group, a social impact consulting firm, as an Associate Consultant where he advised leading P-16 education organizations, philanthropists, and investors on how to scale and deepen their impact.
Neo also worked at Accenture in the management consulting group supporting organization and financial transformations at Fortune 500 clients.
Neo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
