Eric Lee is the Deputy Chief of Strategy at Attuned Education Partners. Prior to joining Attuned, Eric was a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company and the Head of Partnership Development for Generation, a global non-profit focused on workforce training for under-employed and unemployed youth. As a strategy consultant, Eric supported a top 100 public university in the design of a multi-year strategic plan and a large-scale public utility in the implementation of an organization-wide transformation. At Generation, Eric led teams across 13 US cities to design and launch training programs and develop partnerships with employers for job placement for Generation’s graduates. Prior to McKinsey, Eric was a high school teacher and administrator through Teach for America at Phoenix Charter Academy, a second-chance charter school in Boston. At Phoenix, Eric led the science department and launched the charter management organization’s first AP program. Eric holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from McGill University, an M.Sc. in Accounting from Boston College, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
