Bill Leach is the Manager of Software Products at Attuned Education Partners. Previously, Bill served as a Vice Principal and Special Education Leader at Ingenuity Prep Charter School in Washington DC, where he led as an instructional coach and developed school-wide special education systems to track and assess local and state compliance.
During his first year at Ingenuity Prep, students with disabilities achieved more academic growth than their peers for the first time in the school’s existence. Bill also created and implemented special education professional learning resources, as well as refined the student evaluation and RTI processes.
Prior to his time in Washington DC, Bill served as an Education Manager and School Leader at Success Academy Harlem East Middle School in New York City. During his time at Harlem East, Bill designed progress monitoring tools and processes to analyze academic, instructional and operational data, and developed resources and toolkits for staff members around data literacy. Bill began his career at Success Academy Harlem 3 Elementary School as a general and special education teacher. During his time as an educator, Harlem 3 was recognized nationally as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in 2015.
Bill holds an M.S. in Childhood Education & Teaching Students with Disabilities from Touro University, and a B.A. in Italian Studies and Linguistics from the University of Richmond.
