Dina Hasiotis is a Chief Strategy Officer at Attuned Education Partners. Previously, Dina worked at NOLA Public Schools in leadership roles building and executing support and accountability systems in the nation’s first all-charter school district. Specifically, Dina served as the Senior Advisor to the Superintendent and the Chief School Support and Improvement Officer, where she managed multiple divisions tasked with creating strategic initiatives for system wide improvement, providing direct support services to schools to increase academic outcomes and handling district communications. Dina also managed the district’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring that equitable resources and services were provided to students across the city.
Throughout her work in New Orleans, Dina regularly convened community members and led broad stakeholder engagements to ensure policies and plans reflected the needs and experiences of those they were intended to support. Prior to NOLA-PS, Dina was a Partner at TNTP where she led strategic partnerships with school districts across the country as they implemented teacher talent and school leadership initiatives. Also while at TNTP, Dina was the lead researcher for the groundbreaking report The Mirage: Confronting the Hard Truth About Our Quest for Teacher Development.
Dina proudly began her career teaching 7th grade in New Orleans. She is a graduate of Harvard College and holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
